2nd unit. No hot air and GE service line is worthless. $1,000 in and many hours installing and still no heat. Worst thing is they can't tell me anything or get anyone local that can look at it or I can take it to. Horrible experience overall and it does not seem like the Unit is even able to do anything it says it can do.

So far, I am happy with this product. I love that is a heating and cooling unit and has a remote control as well. We haven™€™t had a sufficiently long enough period of cold weather to judge the heating feature™€¦but, January is coming closer! It is providing climate control for the storage house at the end of my driveway on my personal residential property which will allow me more flexibility it what can be controlled in there.

Don't waste your money

When it rains you can't use it. Water sprays everywhere and does not stop for about 2 days after the rain. I have to keep paper towels in it. It is also supposed to connect to your phone for wireless connection (the reason I wanted it) but that is a LIE. It does not connect at all.
